Missing Cloud Rows

    I'm going through the archives to see what cloud rows I'm missing and I found that three cloud rows were given as the Christmas Community Gift in Dec. 2019. I have the giver item (Pimp My Sleigh) that was given as part of that gift package but I don't have the cloud rows. I'm not sure how this can be when they were all part of the same package. Is there any way you can look into this for me?

    You do not have any of the cloud rows that were included in the Gift as you must not have logged in during the timeframe to collect them.
    On the 19th of June 2020, you traded a Red Alder Tree for the Pimp My Sleigh deco, which is how you have that in your inventory.
