    Hi!

When I logged in this morning, I thought I had at least 1 (maybe 2?) XXL cocoa trees in inventory, and 4 XL Cocoa trees. After some issues trying to place them in the new rainforest, I seem to have lost the XXL tree(s?) + base(s?), and 3 of the XL trees (+ base). Could you find out where they ran off to and bring them back please?

To clarify: I only have 1 Cocoa base (bought today) and 1 XL Cocoa in my inventory. I'm missing all of the other Cocoa trees I had in my inventory when I logged in (~11:00AM New York time).

    ID: 50992183

Note: I did try to refresh the game, log out/back in, and clear the cache before posting here, my trees are still gone.

Update (~1:30PM New York time): I just checked, and found the three missing XL Cocoa trees on the Rainforest field (they weren't there an hour ago), and they are now back in my inventory.

Could you please check and see if I had XXL Cocoa trees in my inventory before the Rainforest went live? (I might be mis-remembering that part...)

    Thank you!

    Hello cpeterson, :(

I apologise for the late reply, and for the upcoming trouble I have to ask you to go through, but we are unable to verify past stock of trees, stables, upgrades, etc. :( so I am unable to help you with this matter. Please be so kind and contact our Customer Care Team and make sure you mention where the missing trees came from, and hopefully they can be found and placed back into your inventory or on your fields.

Is there anything else I could assist you with?
    Best regards,
    teddy.bear
