Missing Crates

I had two crates in my inventory...before this event ...one was crate of crazy animals from the event a few months ago... the other one cannot remember what event it was from ...but know it gave farm supplies ...both were rewards from events that i had finished

These seem to have disappeared from my inventory now ?
Can you tell me where these have gone please
They didn't have a time limit on them

I would like these replaced back into my Inventory please...I completed these events and earned them ...these shouldn't be taken away because of another event having a crate in it....IF this is what has happened to them?...Then this is VERY unfair IF it is

I haven't got any of the crates in my Inventory .. when there should be three
All i have got is the astounding camel

So these crates are used one time only thought they were there forever

Yes, once you "use" them from the Consumables inventory, they change into the items associated with that crate. Each type of crate will be opened at the same time in lots of 100, as you cannot open them individually.
