Missing Crates

    Over 1,000 Crate O' Manure went missing from my account in the past couple days.
    I did not accidentally open all at once either. I made that mistake in the past and am more careful not to waste that precious poo lol
    Please help locate!

    You opened 6 Crates today and prior to that, you opened 1420 Crates on 14 November at 17:34. It does appear you did indeed open them all at once :oops:

    That's my point. What I opened on Nov. 14th was not my entire stock of crates but maybe just a handful. That's when I noticed the issue but didn't have the time to reach out. Is there any way to reverse this issue?

    From the time logs of opening your crates, there are a only few seconds in between each action so it looks like it would have been easy to accidentally open them all instead of only a few. When you open crates, you get a confirmation window that you would have had to click. It is easy to miss it if you are in a rhythm (I know because I've done it too and lost thousands of crates too). I'm sorry, but there were no technical issues that we know of or had reports regarding that would explain what you are reporting. I'm sorry but we cannot credit you with over 1400 crates. :oops:
