Missing deco items

There are missing deco items in my haunted manor. They disappeared and are not in my inventory.

I can confirm that you have some empty space for givers on your Haunted Manor field, but we have no way of telling which ones were there. If you list which ones have disappeared, we can help you search for them. Is it possible they were placed in a cloud row or another field?

Hi @Farmers.Almanac no I did not place them anywhere else. They have been in my haunted manor for a very long time and I never removed or deleted them. I do not remember what they were as I have hundreds of givers/deco items. Can tech support help? Thank you.

 

I'm sorry but there are no logs that show what used to be on your fields. We can only see what is currently there now.

I wish I had better news for you but without more information, we don't have the tools to know what was there.

I'll try reaching out to tech support. It is not right that items I earned can disappear due to system/game glitches and errors. It is not my fault and is something the game needs to make right. NFQ. Thank you.
