Missing Duck Dwellings

I had 1 with the 3 upgrades, not the 2 bases that should have been awarded. I upgraded the 1 removed it from the field after the upgrade, now I can't find it anywhere. And I still don't have the separate Duck Dwelling (not upgraded). Help.

You have applied 1 x upgrade to one base dwelling to make the Pretty Duck Dwelling. You have applied 2 x upgrades to the other base dwelling to make the Classy Duck Dwelling. Both these items are in your Deco inventory. You will need to contact Support to see if they can dismantle one of the upgraded items for you.

While I found this very helpful as I hadn't upgraded either of my dwellings before reading this, I think it would have been extremely helpful to clarify in the FAQ that one Duck Dwelling needed to be upgraded to Glorious before it could be placed on the cloud row.
