Missing Event Crop

I just harvested my second crop of Silver Vase which I had planted on my Island Main. When I checked to see how many I have the icon shows zero (0). Has this happened to anyone else?

Please be so kind and refresh your game, then check the fields again. It looks like your first 10 Silver Vase seeds were planted on Magical Glade at 2016-04-11 14:42:33 CEST, and they are waiting to be harvested. I have checked your 8 hours event crops and they were planted 4 minutes earlier as well, so all the crops are safe and sound, you must have confused them with something else on the main island.

Is there anything else I can assist you with?

Sorry, perhaps I was not clear enough. The missing crops were harvested on the main field on the Island. Not the main farm field, but the original Island field. I planted the 8 hour crops on the mainland and the 4 hour crops on the island.

I have reloaded the page. Crops still missing. Still showing 0 in the inventory. I planted sugarcane, logged out, then logged back in and harvested the cane. Still no event crops. They're just plain ol missing.

This is odd. Just re-read your post. Went to look and the crops are still missing. How is it you can see them sitting ready for harvest while I can't? I've already harvested them and having nothing to show for it yet. I'm going to log out again and go through the usual hoops when there's a problem. I'll be back. Hopefully with better news.

I am sorry if I was not clear enough. There are no records of you having crops planted on the island - I understood this from your initial message, but it was a misunderstanding, the 10 initial seeds were planted on the Magical Glade at the time indicated above. They are available and ready to be harvested, all Suzy's Super-Grow-ed. These are the first 10 seeds, they are yet to be harvested, and there are no missing crops because the first round was not harvested still. YOu are probably not seeing them because you are looking at the wrong field They are on your Magical Glade, as mentioned previously, and they have been ready for over 40 minutes already.

I must apologize. While harvesting the rest of my crops I realized I had planted both crops on the main farm. This is my fault entirely. I'm so sorry to have put you through this. Especially when the game is running fine and proper.

Nothing further to say about a game running the way it's supposed to. It's a nut loose on the keyboard that's the problem. My wife may not want me to start her event crops for her ever again.
