missing factories

    Hi, I just finished the event and I donated my 3 factories but I only got 2 in return.

    As part of winning I'm supposed to get 3 sail factories back ? Am I right? Well, I only got 2 sail factories.

    :( My apologies, I was (for some unknown reason :( ) looking for the Sail shops. You have indeed received 3 Sail Factories as reward, and one of them is on your cloud row - as Michael1877 kindly pointed out.

    how can one go onto cloud row? I thought only decorations went there, not production pens? Is that the only way for the cloud row to work?

    That is something special brought by this event. If you check your cloud row, you will see that one of the Sail Factories is placed there.
