Missing Floral Wire

I have three (3) Floral Wire trees on my main farm. When I harvest them in the morning I should be getting 9. But when I use my harvester, which I have the subscription this month, I noticed for the 2nd day in a row now, I am only getting three (3) total floral wires. Please help. #50266608

I have checked your inventory and you now have 866 Floral wires. Your 3 main land trees are also ready to be harvested - if you could please harvest with machinery and let us know if you are experiencing the same thing, it would be great.

I have tested them on your account and they work perfectly. This issue has been explained for sugar trees recently: ​

The ingredients harvested from the trees ( in your case - 9 Floral Wires - are considered "fruits" and they won't be displayed in the drops bar - in the drops bar you will only see the amount you get from drops - in your case, I assume 3 Floral Wires). This means that you got a total of 9 Floral wires from trees + 3 from drops = 12 Floral Wires.

Please let us know after harvesting if the numbers add up correctly.

Thank you teddy.bear. So, if I am understanding you correctly. I received 9 floral wires + 3 from the drops. It was harvested as fruits and I was unable to see that, the only thing I will see is the +3 from the harvest. I am actually receiving 12 but only 3 are visible from this list of drops that pops up when I harvest. Is this correct?

Yes, that is correct. You will only see on the screen the drops you get from harvesting, but not the ones that are counted as fruits.
