Missing GB's

Could you please check my logs please. When I leveled up on Baha I did not receive my 5 GB's. I've been keeping a close eye on the GB's because I only needed the last 5 so I could unlock the Mate tree. This happened once before, but the GB's showed up the next day. It's been over 8 hours and I would appreciate it if you could find my missing GB's. ID's in my signature, thanks.

I've checked your log and it shows you levelled yesterday and on the 23rd.

Your current GB count should be 28 after opening Green Tea on the 23rd also

Does this match your count?

 

Sorry for the wrong section, I'm pretty sure I had 28 GB's after opening Green Tea then I leveled up. I believe I should have 33 GB's now.

 

That's not what the logs show, you had 43 GB before unlocking tea, using 27 GB leaving a total 0f 16.
two level-ups since then take it to 26 and 2 GBs from the current event
