Missing Gingko

Bought Gingko in the market -- Market took the money -- Market did not add Gingko to my inventory.

There are no records of you buying any Gingko, nor was any money taken. The last purchase you made was for 100 apples. Previous to that was several purchases of Mirabelle plums.

The last time this happened to one of my farms I was advised that Bigpoint could not tell what had happened because I continued to buy and sell items in the Market.

This time the items bought/sold in question did not affect the event in progress so I quit using the market after this happened. Again, there is no record of this happening. I know I sold manure and after receiving the money I bought 50 Gingko twice (100 total) -- the cc's were taken but the Gingko was not received.

Since I did not spend any real money on this I will not make a big deal about it. It is frustrating but if it was something that I had spent real money on I would be angry with the game. Just think that there is some kind of glitch and that the technical team should be made aware of it.
