Missing giver items for Farm Shop Tycoon Magic Stalk Row

    Hi guys,
    I have completed the Farm Shop Tycoon quest and obtained the cloud row, but for some reason I am not able to add the giver items to it. They are not to be found in my inventory.
    Can someone please check for me what is going on?
    My ID is 55679213.
