Missing graviola trees

Hi my graviola trees seem to have gone missing, can't find them in my inventory?

I can find no record of you having these trees. You do not have any fruit from these trees in your inventory. Perhaps you did not finish enough of the Main Reward steps in the Dicemoor Chronicles event to earn these trees.

That's weird I had around 5/6 of them and had some placed on fields so I must have earned them.

 

It is possible you had the Mock Trees from the event and they were rest-booked. If you had the permanent trees, you would also have the tree fruit, which you do not have any. You can contact Support to see if they can investigate further.

Hello. I have the same problem, during the event there were 20 trees with decorations, and after the event only 2 were winning, no rebooking of the 20 event trees to regular ones took place, or maybe I'm confusing something with the rebooking mechanism?

 

The Mock event trees were not booked as regular trees. They were event items and were rest-booked as event items as is the usual procedure. You would have need to win the regular trees in the event as rewards. If you need your account checked, please create your own thread. We ask this so that we can assist each player individually.
