Missing Harvester Hr.

Hi I thought I had more time left on my harvester, seeder and farm droid. When I went to
use it this morning there was nothing left. Is it me or did it going missing .

You have missed the first 4 of your ID, but I have found your account anyway.

I have checked all the logs where harvester hours could have been from:
- you did not purchase the subscription;
- there were no quests completed that gave machinery hours;
- you have earned 3 hours of machinery on 16.02.2015, 01:21:28 CET from the farmwheel;
- no machinery hours from Fuzzles;
- you did not purchase any harvester hours;
- you have used a few coupons:
use HelperCoupon 12h on 21.02.2015, 15:07:04 CET
use HelperCoupon 3h on 20.02.2015, 18:04:09 CET
use HelperCoupon 3h on 16.02.2015, 19:20:44 CET

The last coupons used:
- 3 hours one, activated on the 21st at 6 pm CET, expired at 9 pm CET
- 12 hours one, activated 44 minutes before your post, should have been active until 3 am CET

If your post was referring to the earlier activated coupon, then it was ok for it to expire by the time you tried to use the machinery in the morning, since it was only 3 hours long. If you were missing machinery hours for the rest of the day, after your post, then you are missing the 12 hours coupon, in which case you should contact support as soon as possible, to get your machinery hours back.

Hi Sorry about the missing number and thank you for finding my Acct.
I did purchase harvester hr awhile back I guess I didn't buy as many as I thought.
