missing hat

    I purchased an egg warmer for the new pet pig and
    it doesn't appear to have been put into effect. Could
    you please check into this. Thank you

    Have you clicked on the pig and choosen to place the hat? (It is not an automatic as there could be other pets to put a hat on.)

    Hello suzy266,

    As Sweet_Cassiopeia suggested, you need to place the Egg Warmer by clicking on the Pet you wish to use it on. It takes a few seconds for the reduced hatching time to show.
