Missing icons like @redly

    I also cleared cache and all things and restart the game and nothing.
    Before this icons problem , a few days (since the mill changed) the game was running slow in both PC's and tab. So it was from the game I think. I also can't see movies anymore since then. It say " We're sorry, but there are no videos available right now. Please try again later." Before I was able to see so many videos.

    I have cleared your online cache as well. Could you please post a screenshot of the missing icons? Can you give me an example of a couple of specific icons that are missing, and the location?

    As for the videos - please refer to the Cinema Issues thread if you experience problems. However, in this case it is not needed :( this is a "normal" message that appears when there are no offers available for you, so all we can do is advise you to keep on trying.

    It's everywhere. On market, on event's, on shop, on fields, pirate, wheel. But not all icons. Just some...

    Thank you for the screenshot. Would you be able to try a different browser to see if the issue is the same? Your account has been checked and the icons appear ok, even in the Czech Roots quest example you provided.

    Sorry, can't do that:( .... :oops::(.... ah
    It's getting worse [​IMG]
    And were the icons are missing and has no info is like a empty space. No image, no information (not like the wheel that has info).

    The latest Chrome update is a little bit problematic, so please be so kind and try a different one, like Mozilla Firefox, to see if the situation changes.

    Sorry but is still no with Firefox. I've cleared all the caches and cookies and everything is updated.
    It seems that more players have same problem. I don't know what to do anymore. It's not a bug or something?


    P.S. I don't know what happened, I just logged in to farm and surprise! All icons are back :D:D
