Missing Item from Renzo's fair

Hey fellow farmers, I'm looking for some advice with Renzo's fair. Over the past couple of events I managed to save up enough coins to buy the XXL Moringa tree. Purchased it this morning Yay!!! The problem is, it's not appearing in my inventory, I've tried logging out and back in to no avail. Any help would as always be greatly appreciated. My ID number is: 52620033.

No I haven't. I didn't realise it was the last unlockable tree on Bahamarama. Looks like I'll have to wait 2 or 3 years to earn enough GB's to unlock it! For future events it might be nice if when you highlight the prizes in Renzo's fair, it tells you which side the plants/animals need to go i.i Farm/Baham. Had I realised it was so far along the Bahamarama trail I would have kept the coins and continued to save for the dragon egg. Ahh well I suppose you learn every day. Time to restart my coin savings

On shooger's behalf, you are most welcome. Sadly, you do need to unlock the Moringa statue in order to use it - but the good news is that your tree will wait for you when you do unlock it. You can try contacting our customer Care Team to see if you can have it refunded under these circumstance, but I cannot promise you a positive answer - worth trying though .

Thank you, I will hold on to it for now, it's nice to know I can start with an XXL tree when I do unlock it .
