Missing items from my farm??

    Sometime in the last month or so more than 250 bb's and the cloud row for the music boxes have disappeared!! These are the 2 most notable items missing and it took me some time to notice, also I am very busy and do not often check things like my bb balance unless I want to use them. I noticed them missing when I went to buy something before the christmas event. Please look into this matter.

    Hi pixie13,
    in order for the moderators to check your account, you'll have to provide your farm ID....You should find it on the frame around your farm screen next to your username.....

    Please be so kind and provide your user ID, as Michael1877 kindly advised, and also please let us know what exactly is missing, and since when. Did you notice them missing before the Christmas event ended ? Why didn't you report it right away :( ? Please never wait for so long to report issues, the sooner you do it, the better, otherwise it might be hard to solve the mystery.

    User: pixie13 ID: 2796618 missing items I know for sure include the more than 250 bb's and the cloud row that is meant for the music boxes as I stated before. Yes I noticed it before the end of the event. I didn't report it sooner because I have been very busy in real life and haven't been spending much time in the game. *to help solve the mystery it may help to find out when the cloud row went missing first as I believe that everything happened all at the same time...

    That is understandable :( and thank you for the additional details.

    I have checked your logs and regarding the BBs, you have unlocked the 9th day Advent stocking for 2 BBs, and you have bought the Winter Cloud Row package for 175 BBs, on the 19th of December. This brought your balance from 202 BBs, to only 27. Would this explain the missing BBs?

    I have rebooked your missing supergivers cloud row - I hope you can get the music boxes for it very soon!

    I guess it probably was... I thought my bb's balance was higher than that. Thank you for the help and I will keep a better eye on my bb's in the future! ;)
