missing items in my shop

I do not have; The Menagerie, The Manufacture, the 2012 cloud rows, and all the items to go with them. I was able to purchase 2016 cloud row but not the givers.

I am a level 85 (35,000+- ep to lvl up!) hence why I'm looking for more givers. Can you look into my shop, maybe its a simple thing, we can hope, because as far as I know this just started a little while ago.

I have logged out , cleared cash & flash, logged back many, many times.

I found them both, yea where you might ask I will tell you it was a bit of a fluke. I had removed all my animals & trees from my fields to grow event crop (was unable to buy gas cans) I had never done this before so when I finished the event I thought "why not try this Builder guy" he may know a better way. To the shop I go click on services, then the builder for 6 hours. What do my eyes see but the menagerie and manufacterie I snatched those up before they could find a new hiding place.
