missing items

hi i seem to be missing two items one is the golden ticket. it's been at 5 for years, now it reads 4. it happened a few days ago and i thought it was just a glitch so i didn't say anything. i forgot what they were for really. also i made a bat guano orange upgrade and now it's a yellow one. i had to get an extra furry bat to make it. can't seem to find it.

how could i have used a gold spin i've never gotten more spins before. i've tried. my other issue was the bat-guano workshop i made one orange with the furry bat. i was one short and had to either breed it, or buy it. but i can't find it.

 

If you keep spinning after your daily spins have been used, the Gold spins will automatically be used. As you had 3 spins on the 13th, one Gold spin was used.
I can find no logs for an orange Bat Guano, you have a Yellow Bat Guano in your inventory. Do you remember when you built an Orange workshop?

no i can't remember exactly when. i made a crow hoard orange, a rodeo ranch orange, and few pens about around the time of the last baby boom i think.
