    Hi

    I'm having trouble finding two of the deco items for the bonus cloud rows. I don't remember not logging in for the required days for any months, but I can't find Flower Braiding or Sunshine Rituals. (ID 11782040)

    I can not find either deco in your logs. I cannot check back to see if you received them during those months. You will need to contact Support for further investigation.
