Missing Jumbo Trees

Sorry the post should have come from my other farm so have deleted and will re post from the farm with the problem -

 

I believe I am missing a jumbo tree or two is it possible to check in some way what I had ? I have several farms, when there are no events on I put my jumbo trees out. In doing so today I found only one Turbo Jumbo Tree (and an xl to put on this) I am fairly certain I had at least two Jumbo trees a super grow tree being one of them, I know that all my farms had at least two Jumbo trees and some had three, the others all seem to be right but on this farm there is only one, and I know I had at least two. I have not had them out for some time due to being unable to get into the game since just before the Valentine Event until last weekend. I am just wondering if it is possible to check for me in any way - my id is 36518407 Sydney152, thank you.

I have checked all your logs but sadly we no longer have access to the logs from the last Trans-Seedlantic Express, but there are no records in your inventory of having other jumbo trees, and in the last month, there are no records of Super grow or suzy's super grow coming from Jumbo trees either. It looks like it might be a confusion between multiple farms, I am afraid.

Hello Teddy- bear - thanks for your reply. I did mention that I had not been able to participate in the valentine event - but I also missed the last transatlantic express as my computer died. The trees would have been from the previous transatlantic event. I have no idea when that was. I have no idea when I last had the jumbo trees out but probably a month ago. This has taught me to now make notes of exactly what each farm has. I am fairly certain I had at least two trees on all farms and no there would not be any super grow etc to show due to the reasons entered above. I do not think it a confusion but thank you for taking the time to check, I realise it was a long shot as it has been ages since I put the jumbo trees out. Many thanks - you may close

I am aware of that but I checked everything I could to see if I can find any trail of Jumbo trees, and I wish I could give you better news. All I can tell you is that on the 10.02.2015, 23:47:36 you won 5 units of Super grow, which brought your total to 843 units, and since then you earned 91 units from quests and gifts and daily login bonuses.
Suzy's Super grow - you have only used units, but not earned / won any.
And the Turbo Mulch tree was harvested on the 4th of March for the first time in a month. I am pretty sure this does not help in any way, but I wanted to double check these as well.

You can try to contact our Customer Care Team but I cannot promise or guarantee you that the outcome of the inquiry will be different, I am sorry, but it might be worth trying.
