Missing Kitty Cauldron's

I purchased 6 kitty cauldron's through the farm supplies store, but never rec'd them. I was planning on purchasing more. The game sure took my 12 BBs all right, so where are my cauldron's? I tried refreshing the game several times, and even signed out completely. Time is running out and I need to get juices started milling! I do NOT need this right now........

Sorry about that. I have updated my signature to include my farmerama ID #, which is 52080274.

Now that game is back up, I checked again and still do not have the 6 cauldrons, but my BBs were reduced from 12 to -0- after the purchase. Since then I have redeemed some cinema points and now have 2 BBs.

Do not understand how 12 BBs just disappear, but then later system has no problem redeeming cinema points for more BBs.

I would like either my 6 cauldrons or my 12 BBs back into my account.

Yes please understand the 4 brain juices being milled were a result of harvesting the Moonlight playfield. It has nothing whatsoever to do with the purchase of the 6 cauldrons. I received 9 cauldrons when the field was harvested. I then immediately started the milling of the 4 brain juices. I now show that I have 1 cauldron.

I still have not received the 6 cauldrons from 9:18 CET. There is an 80 minute gap between the two above log items where I was trying in vain to get the system to book my cauldrons so I could start milling them. I should have 7 cauldrons total: after milling 8 of the 9 cauldrons received when I harvested my field at approximately 10:36 CET or so plus the 6 cauldrons I have not received.

Does this make sense? Have I explained it properly without confusing you even more possibly?

EDIT: Just wanted to let you know I now have 2 cauldrons because I just received one as a gift and will be milling it immediately. Still waiting on those 6 cauldrons.
