Forwarded Missing Manure

    I have the same problem as a previous poster. I had some manure that didn't sell and was returned. I can store up to 300 manure but now I only have 100 (maybe one or two more as I may have harvested after getting the 100 back). So I lost any manure that was still on the pile when the unsold poo was returned. :wuerg:

    This is not a major problem as it was only a few poos but I might be a little concerned if it was 200 lots, especially if there was an event on. :oops:

    Think the rebooked manure is eating up our excess poo even if we are able to store it. :D

    Hello Chevrefeuille, :oops:

    If you had 101 units and a 200 package returned, it could not be booked and it was lost - this is something that is currently being looked into, as only the excess should be lost. (1 unit in the example given). If there is enough room on the pile, the returned manure is booked correctly.

    I am sorry but there is not much we can check or do since we cannot track how much manure did you have, even if we track down the amounts that could have returned, based on the market logs. If the bug is fixed, it will most likely be announced in the Updates and bugfixes thread.

    No, thanks Teddy. I am finding it very strange that I am getting round numbers of manure (today it is at 200/300) but as you say it is difficult to track and I didn't think to check how much I had to begin with. I will try to do this and maybe I can tell you exactly what is happening (this may help solve the problem). :p

    Thank you Teddy for helping me with my smelly problem - please accept this gift of more pleasant brown stuff, a gigantic basket of chocolate goodies! Don't forget to share it with the other Mods! :D

    EDIT: I just had 200 Manure returned to my poo pile ... and I now have 100/300 Manure! :wuerg:

    I haven't done anything since, so I don't know if there is anything you can check. :music:

    Hello Chevrefeuille:oops:

    This bug has now been confirmed :( The manure returning after 7 days to the inventory is not added to the manure pile even if there is room for it. The Game Team is aware of this and it will hopefully be fixed very soon. We don't know how and if there will be something done regarding the missing manure, but we will keep you updated.
