Missing Monthly BB's and one day's coconut

    I paid for a years worth of BB's to be delivered each month and have not gotten my monthly allotment. I have 2 payments for two different things, so I am not sure which date applies to this particular item. It was supposed to be delivered on either the 26th of May or the 4th of this month depending on which payment was for which service. I had to go check my records to see when the payments were sent, but all they say is "Farmerama Farmerama Banking" because I paid through Big Fish, so I am not sure which pmt is for what service. It would have been nice to use some of them for the various events that have happened the past month.

    My second issue is that I just noticed that I am missing day 13's coconut. I have not missed a day because my presents from the sheep have been the big boxes, never went to the small ones like it usually does if I miss.

    If you have not received your BB's yet, you will need to contact Payment Support through the Bank in the City.
    We cannot assist you with opening coconuts, you will need to contact Support to see if they are able to assist.
