Missing Mystery Cargo

Greetings! I am -BunnyFace- 49205321

This morning I bought a Mystery Cargo with 1 dog kennel (410) , 2 cat kennels (820) and one duck pond (20). When I clicked the button (it had a check mark), a dialogue box popped up that said I didn't have enough goods. The train pulled out as it should have because I did, in fact, have enough goods. When I returned to the game more than an hour later, the train was in the station with no goods to collect! I checked my inventory and the items I had paid are gone.

Please check my account. I would like to either have the items returned or receive the mystery cargo.

Just FYI, I had started the Flotto Magazine quest, which has a timer. I wonder if that canceled my Mystery Cargo. The quests have an 'only one timer at a time' rule, don't they? Perhaps a pop-up warning could be created? Or is this a bug?

[Edit] I logged out and cleared my cache and still no sign of my missing cargo or the items that I sent on the train.

[Edit] It is now a day later. The issue has not been resolved or addressed. The event is now over and my items are lost. Very disappointing.

I apologise for the very late reply. Please be so kind and check your inventory again, you should find a lost and found cargo there. I hope it turns into the stable you wish for - I am really sorry for this inconvenience and delay.
