missing neon chicken

Hello. I was wondering if you could assist me, please. During gift and trade I was sent a neon chicken pen. I know it should have been received because I got the pop up that said I got it, however I never checked my inventory because I wasn't putting it out right away. In going to put out my chicken pens just now, however, I discovered that it isn't in my barn where it should be (I had 1 so the additional would have made for 2 in inventory, and there was still only 1). Would it be possible for you to check the logs to verify that I did receive it, and help me find my poor lost neon pen? Sorry for any inconvenience, I don't know how else to track my pen or I wouldn't bother you.
