Missing neon cuckoo Deco

    Hi, i have completed the anaconda part of the Neon Party but cannot place the two neon items on my cloud row as I dont have the neon cuckoo deco in my inventory. I won this on level four of the event. . I have the neon anaconda deco item only. Can you tell me whats happened to it?
