missing neon pens for event.

    Hi I went to place the new neon pen on the cloud row after completing the event
    and they are not there. Any help would be appreciated . I did try to refresh and still nothing.

    I'm not a mod but the "pen" is an upgrade for raising animals. For the CR, you will need to breed animals and get locks to exchange for the Neon "deco" items. :)

    As Sweet_Cassiopeia has kindly indicated, the neon deco items aren't event prizes. They need to be bought from the event shop with love locks.
