    I just purchased this new pkg. for $12.99 containing 800 pf, among other goodies, but it has not shown up on my farm. I've reloaded at least 3-4 times, but still nothing.
    Purchase was made and confirmed by Visa credit card.

    Please restore my purchased goods.

    Thank you.

    P.S. I had purchased BB's earlier with no problems, also by Visa card.
