Missing one cloud row and third curtain after completing the event

I have finished the Bunny Love Event. I should have 3 curtains, however when i have only 2. Also Bunny Love Magic Stalk Row 1 is missing. If i did not get the Items by completing the Event ( Bunny Love ) then where do i get the item?

 

I find a Bunny Love Magic Stalk Row 1, but third curtain is still missing and I cannot place a Duck Dweling on it, I do have it in my inventory...So 2 rows are not active and event is completed...

 

Have you placed Duck Dwelling on an island , and then added curtains to it, to upgrade it ? Also, In Cloud Row, click on open all featured scroll on right, will show which rows to be completed , may help you find missing CR

 

I just checked my inventory and Duck Dwelling is gone. I had it placed in the park with only two available curtains and after deleting it I have only Pretty and Classy Dwellings left

You have upgraded both your Duck Dwellings and you will not be able to place them on the cloud rows. You will need to contact Support to see if they can reverse the upgrades.

I did check the post by trishap58, with the same issue and it was recommended there to plase all dwellings in the park to be able to place them on the rows later....

 

Only one of the duck dwellings needed the 3 curtains applied to upgrade it to the Glorious Duck Dwelling. There was no mention of upgrading both base Duck Dwellings in the thread you checked. As stated, you will need to contact Support to see if they can reverse the upgrade.

it was never a problem in the past for placing the items with upgrades in the park and deleting them for use in the cloud row...it should be some warning in the event description of not placing them in the park or you would not be able to use it in the clouds....I did contacted Support and nothing was reversed at this point...looks like i would not be able to complete 2 cloud rows even event was completed

 

The problem is not that they were placed in the park to apply the curtain upgrades. The problem is that only one Duck Dwelling was to be upgraded fully while leaving the other as a base. You have applied the curtain upgrades to both instead of only 1. Only Support can assist you with a request to reverse the upgrade.

Where you can see this info to prevent its happening? I did place only one base and 2 curtains upgrade. After it was deleted I could not find a third curtain and I try to place the base back on the park and I even did not have a space available for both bases--i used the same square 4x4, so how I could use it twice?

 

The one base with 2 curtain upgrades transformed your base Duck Dwelling into a Classy Duck Dwelling. When you deleted it, you placed the other base Duck Dwelling and applied the curtain making it the Pretty Duck Dwelling. You got 2 base Duck Dwellings from the event and have accidentally upgraded both instead of only one.

You can see the graphics and name change as you apply the curtain and they look like the pictures in the FAQ.

I did see all of it in event description, but there is no warning that if you place those dwelling in the park you cannot place it later on the cloud ROWS! Please can you tell me of how to contact support...I think I did but there is no answer or changes don in my inventory and itms are still missing

There is no problem with placing the items in the Park, then removing them when needed to the Cloudrow. The problem is that one of the "Base" Duck Dwellings needed to stay as the base and the other "Base" Duck Dwelling required to have all 3 curtains applied to fully upgrade it to the "Glorious" Duck Dwelling, which could then be removed from your fields and placed on the appropriate Cloudrow.

p.s. I check the forums and it looks like quite a few people are having difficulties placing and finding them
