Missing Premium subscription renewal and the building

    I've been trying to renew my premium subscription but as my luck has it, in the City where the building is for premium subscription(s) has vanished (an empty area where building once was) and I cannot find the subscription anywhere else. I've looked and tried through the Bank, Supply Store and searching it, no luck. I've also made sure I cleared my cache/browsing and plug-in's enabled..

    So at this point I'm not sure what else to do.

    Has BigPoint canceled premium membership, is it being restructured, can you assist me with this issue? I want to continue and renew the premium subscription.

    Hello BillyJoeBimmBob,

    As announced here, the old Premium has been removed as is no longer available to renew.
    We are still awaiting news of the restructured premium memberships. The latest news was posted here.
