Missing prize from Seashell Surprise

    I opened all of the shells on the Seashell Surprise calendar, however, I'm missing the Veggie BBQ prize. Can you see why this was not credited to my account? My user ID is 9002799.

    I've checked your account and it is sitting in the clouds, just on the wrong row:p

    It's on your parent's day row, a couple of rows below where it should be.

    the logs only show the order they were release in, so unless you have reordered your rows it will be very near the top.
    It should be labelled "little helpers" and looks like this, the 1x1 is a non-themed item position and that is where you BBQ is
