    I'm almost certain that I had made a basic punch in the spa within the last 20 minutes or so and it has not registered as being available to make a red punch. Can you please confirm yes or no to the punch being made, thanks. My ID is: 54030987

    You finished production of the Punches at:

    2018-01-01 16:39:33finishProductionpunch2

    These can be seen in your Barn under the "Trade products" tab. You can try refreshing the Game after you have finished production to see they register quicker.
