Missing purchase from Renzo's

    I finally made my first purchase (tree) from the fun fair, but I can't seem to find it in my inventory. I have cleared my cache, refreshed page and logged in and out a number of times over the past few days. I thought maybe I had to wait for the fair to be over before it is delivered, but I still can't find it. Any help would be appreciated!

    The Langsat is a Bahamarama Tree. Have you looked in your Island Tree inventory?
    If it is still missing, we need your ID# to check your account.

    I have a XXL Langsat, so I assume that must be it? I hadn't realized it was an upgrade when I bought it :( I would have just kept saving my tokens or bought something else as I have no base tree to put it on.

    The tree is included with the base already, you can place the upgraded tree straight onto an empty field. When you delete it from your field, it will separate into the base and upgrade.

    I didn't get the base tree, only the upgrade. My ID# is 52795139

    You have to have unlocked the Langsat statue in the Monkey Temple to be able to place the upgraded tree. It is in the 10th Temple, but the Tamarillo and Annona statues will need to be opened first.
    If you do not wish to keep the tree until you can open the statue , you can try contacting Support to see if they can reverse the purchase for you.

    If I keep the purchase, will there be a base tree in my inventory once I unlock the statue? As of right now, my inventory only shows a XXL upgrade. I shouldn't have to buy a base in order to use it since I already paid for it with fair tokens.

    Your upgraded tree already has the base included, so no purchase of a base tree will be needed when you unlock the Statue. Right now, it should show with a yellow circle with a strike through it, which means you are unable to place it at this time.
