Missing Purchase

    Around 5:00 o'clock CET time. I completed my banking transaction. But an error tab opened.
    I closed that tab, and was back at the purchase place again. I opened my mail tab to check for confirmation but nothing was there and is not now.

    My bank shows the money transaction was completed. I logged out of the game and completely cleared my history. No goodies, yet.

    Since it was timed for a certain objective, that time is past and would like a refund or "voucher for that amount.
    Can you help?
