Missing Renaissance Faire reward

    I completed the level which awards the prize "sword fight" - Task 5, third level. However, when I attempted to place it the cloud row that I opened through the event, it says this piece is not in my inventory.

    Can you please see why I did not receive the reward and make sure it gets credited to my account? My ID is 9002799.

    Hello taycramtree :)

    I have checked your logs and you have indeed completed the step successfully, and the Sword Fight item has been booked correctly on your account. However, you have locked it on a different cloud row :oops: It's on the 11th page of rows, top cloud row, in the right - between Sherlock Mouse and the Snowman. As soon as the effect on this row expires, items will be unlocked, and you can delete the Sword Fight to place it on the event row.
