Missing Reward and country coins?

I won the Red Panda on the Bird and the picture picking event only for the screen to dim and i could only log out(only option!)so i did when logging back in no Red Panda?Also sold a Wooly-Snout Cuckoo for 20,000,00 country coins where are my coins?(You except my real money,Think!).

Both the red panda and bear look adorable so it might be easy to confuse them (wishful thinking helps too ), but leaving the joke aside ... it would be great if you would be so kind to clear your browser cache and cookies and your Flash cache, as this will help you avoid glitches / display issues.
