Missing Seashell Gift

    Yesterday I collected the 2nd Seashell gift. It was 2 Zucchini bread. Then last night when I went to pick the next one, & to my horrible surprise, the number 2 was gone. It shows the shell as if it has never been opened.
    I did the Seashell about 2:45pm Pacific time, which is 11:45 Central EU time. Please find out what went wrong & if possible, give me back my gift.

    I am afraid you have collected this seashell on your other farms, but it appears that you have missed it on this account. Having multiple farms can sure cause confusion so I would advise you to double check this and not wait until the end of the day, but rather try to do it sooner and go through the farms a second time as well. I am really sorry, but we are unable to open the locked seashell for you :( .
