Missing SG's

I ordered 4 x 150 BB's with bonus 10 SG's (total 40 SG's). Order No 1294531870 of the 19/08/2018, 4.55 PM Aest. The BB's were sent but the SG's were not. I contacted customer Support (ticket 736602) using there contact form which gives no option of further explanation. Their reply was that the BB's were delivered, case closed.
YES, the BB's were delivered but NO the SG's were not delivered.
I noted about 2 hours after placing the order that a new offer of BB's became available with 20 SG's offered. I do not want those extra SG's offered, just the ones I paid for.
I feel that "I must have fallen between the cracks" when the old offer was taken down and the new offer was being put up.
I ordered another pack from the new offer this AM just to see what happens, I got 2 messages, 1 to say 150 BB's sent and the 2nd to say 20 SG's sent.
I am sorry if this is not the right way to have this issue rectified but I tried to inform Customer Support these details on another ticket which did give the option of more detail but could not send it as the CAPTCHA v1 was shutdown.
