missing "shades of Cyan"

    I got my "Picture Perfect" cloud row...but "shades of Cyan" is not there.
    I'm not sure I ever had it, but now as I look it is not there, or anywhere. I have refreshed, and can't think of what else to do. Thank You. ID 52020878

    The Shades of Cyan deco item is rewarded in level 3 of the Rainbow Room. You have not finished any stages of this Room.
