    My mom has completed the event (everything is ticked off, no delivery option), and yet the peek-a-boo item is nowhere to be found - we've checked all her fields etc...

    Wow thank you so much! There is another thing - we moved house six years ago, along with our broadband provider, thus emails got dropped. My mom is unable to change her farmerama email because it sends a confirmation to the old email which is long gone.
