missing sheep

I just purchased 18 sheep for over 20,000, but have not been credited with them. I went from purchase immediately to deposit the needed amount to the event, but they were nowhere to be found. I immediately went back to the sale market, and it showed that they had been bought. Reloaded and checked everything again. Nothing. Reloaded and checked everything again. Nothing.
I feel like Little Bo Peep!!
Please, can you help me find my sheep?

I have checked your logs but there were o sheep purchases prior to your post, which was at 4:06 pm CET. The first sheep you bought (20 of them) were at 2014-12-14, 17:58:07 CET, almost two hours later. It looks like the transaction didn't go through. What you did buy about 10 minutes prior to your post, was a Curly sheep, for 249998.98 CCs.

Yes, I bought several things over time. But the specific transaction was 18 sheep for just over $20,000...and while I don't remember the exact amount of money I had just before buying, I did look after I bought the sheep and couldn't find them, and it did look like it took my money. I was rushing...is it possible that it took the money first and I didn't give it time to finish the transaction?? It is only 20,000, but I would like to know what happened. Thank you for trying to solve this, teddy.bear.

On another note, I've been casually watching my CC's since the sheep problem - and I am wondering if you would mind checking my totals since shortly before the end of BBD, please? I have sold several things on the market, but my CC amount does not seem to be moving upward accordingly. Sushi Panda for over 700,000 CC's; two Alpaca camels for over 100,000 CC's each; i.e. well over a million dollars. Plus other smaller amounts. I am wondering if this may be related to the sheep problem in some way. My EP's are not being credited as they should be either. Could they be related? I have reloaded the game numerous times without it having any effect. My other farm does not have this problem.

What I can assure you is that no CCs are missing, I have added up all your transactions and they add up. The CC logs track everything, the CCs coming from quests, login bonuses, farm wheel, market, givers, etc - so there's no room for mistake. So the only explanation is that the transaction didn't go through ​

Any explanation as to the EP's not working on one farm, and working on my other farm? I have been using the spring bouquet - 30% more EP's. Plus 20% more for 20 min. from the Nightmare. I DO get those EP's (20%). Again, it is quite noticeable between farms.

As for the extra EP, they should all work as intended. Could you please post both your IDs when you have them both active next? Then I can check if something is missing, but it could be just a visual glitch. ​

 

Wooo Hooo!! Got up this morning, brought my coffee to the harvest, set up a 20% buff along with Nightmare's 20%....and they are working great now!!! What a difference!! Don't know what happened - don't care - they work!!(Maybe my computer needed a break! lol)
