missing souvenir

    hello, i wonder if you can help me locate a missing onsie souvenir for my cloud row.
    im sure i collected it in the season as i do them till level 39 to get the free stable or tree reward so would have got the season reward but i cant find it after scouring my fields.
    i also have the basic season award level 9 which is all of the upgrades for that in december 2023 so must have it somewhere:(

    Please note that the upgrades to the season award are in Level 38, while the souvenir is in Level 39.

    For the season that awarded the Onesie Souvenir, you did not complete that level. You finished Level 38 which awarded the upgrade, but the souvenir was awarded in Level 39. I'm sorry, you just missed it.
