Missing stable

    A friend sent me a Classic Moose II during Trade/Gift event. I am sure I saw it in my inventory.
    Couple of days ago I wanted to take it out & place next to my other one, but it's not in the Barn. I asked my friend to check her farms & she did; it's not there either. Please help me find out what had happen to it.

    Hello Trifecta :(

    I have checked your logs but there was no Classic Moose II received during Gift & Trade. The best thing to do is to contact Support and provide your friend's username, to have this looked into - or to advise your friend to contact support and find out what happened to the stable. It could have been accidentally sent to a different player. Due to privacy policies, we are unable to ask you to name the neighbour on the Forum and have the logs checked without their approval, so Support is the best option.

    Is there anything else I could assist you with?

    Hi Teddy, ty for looking into it.

    Before I proceed further with your suggestions, would you please check another farm. Just to be sure; prior to contacting Support for assistance. As you said it could've been sent to another farm, but I want to cover every possibility on my side before writing to Support or asking my friend to get involved. The next one's ID:42574241

    P.s. If I want to find out what I have sent to another player, am I allowed to give the name of that player, & is the name, without the ID, enough for you to check?
    There may be a possibility of something that I have gifted to be lost also. But I'm still waiting for a confirmation.

    Hello Trifecta :)

    I have checked your other account as well but no Moose reserve was received there either, from trading or gifts :( . So in this case, your friend should contact support to find out who the moose was sent to.

    As for your account, please do tell us the item you want to have checked, and you can tell us what farm it should have reached, as long as your neighbour doesn't mind this.

    Pls accept my apologies for the late reply; my friend was on vacation & I had to wait for her to come back & tell me which items she had received.

    The name of the neighbour to whose farm I sent is: sunflower6969
    If you can check (no hurry) what went to her from both above accounts: ID:42574241 and ID: 42734029

    If your friend misses any of the items, she should contact Support.
