Missing sugar,salt,floral wire?

    I just realized when I used the harvester to collect from my trees that the 4 sugar trees I have in the glades did not register like they normally do when harvested by hand. In drops I had 3 woodboard, 3 rooftiles, 7 woodstick, 3 sand, 4 mask, 5 nail, 1 sugar. Should have showed 13 sugar. Same thing happened with my 3 salt and 2 floral trees in the meadow. Drops were 1 woodstick,2 mask, 1 sand, 1 woodboard..no salt or floral wire like when I harvest by hand. Sadly I can't say if this has happened everytime I have harvested since activating the harvester from this event. Would someone please tell me if I received them or maybe I should just harvest the trees manually? Thanks Julie1013 ID#50838203 The time was 1:20 p.m., 1:22 p.m. from PA in the USA.

    Hello julie1013 :)

    When you harvest sugar, salt, floral wire trees, there are 2 different "types" on ingredients you get : "drops" and "fruits". The fruits will not be displayed anywhere on the screen, only the drops will be. The following picture explains this better, I hope: ​

    Well, my inquiry was presented yesterday around 130 p.m. and that was when I noticed the sugar from my trees didn't show up like they normally do when you manually harvest them. Today when I manually harvested my sugar trees the count (12) showed up in the bottom of screen along with other drops. When I used the harvester on my salt and floral (9 and 6) they did not show up in the bottom of the screen. However, when I checked my inventory they had been added to my total there prior to harvesting. So it must be when using the harvester it doesn't show on the bottom of the screen like it does when you manually harvest them. I know that tree fruits, honey, milk etc don't show up but sugar salt and floral wire do when you manually harvest. But like I said, it must be when using harvester they don't show up for some reason. Thanks anyway. NFQ

    When manually harvesting, the sugar/salt/floral wire and pheremones will show in the side bar and you will see them in the bottom logs. This does not happen when using the harvester.
    Correct amounts are being added to inventory even though you don't see them displayed.
