missing super grow

    8) I just purchased 2 packs of 50 super grow ea. (= 100 SG)....and they have not been credited. It still shows only 11 SG. I had 347 BB's, and the 40 BB's, for the two packs purchased, were deducted....but no SG. I have reloaded, logged off and on again...still nothing.
    Please help....

    Your logs show no purchase of super-grow, the last purchase you made was for power-feed for 40BB

    8) Yes, thank you, you can. If you check my BB amount for that time period, you will see that I had 347 BB's that went down by the purchase amount of 40 BB's (20bb's X 2) for the SG. I did not purchase any power feed, as I had 800 - 900 already and did not need more. I have had in excess of 1,000 PF's for a while....no purchase was needed, wanted, or intended. That was an SG purchase.
    Can you please correct this error?

    You spent 40BB on Powerfeed as indicated, and now have 307BB

    As indicated, no SG was purchased. Unfortunately we cannot change what was purchased. If you purchased PF in error, then please contact support to see if they can resolve this for you.
