missing suzy's jumbo base tree

    accidentally deleted my suzy jumbo xl tree, now i can not put it back out as my base tree is missing, and i can not place my tree.
    please help

    Thank you once again for posting your question in the Technical area.

    I have checked your account but I am afraid I don't have good news. There are no records of a base Suzy's Jumbo tree or any other Jumbo tree on your account :( The only upgrade you have gotten is just the upgrade which you won't be able to use, coming from a super friend:

    2015-07-23 22:03:05 CEST upgrade: Suzy's Super Grow Jumbo XL Tree

    These gifts do not come with a base so hopefully the superfriends will be generous and gift you a base Jumbo tree on which you can place the upgrade as well :( .

    Is there anything else we can assist you with?

    Thank you Teddy, for your quick response.
    Sad that i decided to take out my trees for crops, wish i had known i did not have the base before hand.
    will be keeping fingers crossed for a base tree soon
