Missing toolboxes

    Hi!

    I've gotten two toolboxes from friends, and neither one showed up in my inventory. I'm at level 11 now, and I'm wondering if I need to be ranked higher to use them. Does anyone know?

    Tools in toolboxes sent from friends are automatically placed in your barn under the "Other" tab. They are ready to use upon receipt.

    I looked in my barn and didn't see any toolboxes. Do they automatically open and distribute the tools when I get them?

    Neighbour Toolboxes automatically open when received. If you have pop ups enabled, you will see which 10 tools you received from your Neighbour gift. These are then stored in the Barn under "other".
