missing tree soccer event

    did not receive monkey tree from shop for quest wonder what else is missing please correct this thank you ID 29800147

    no I had that one as you can see in my barn I have 62 monkey tails the one from the quest should be in my tree inventory but has gone missing. I also got the sweet chestnut which i just put out thank you I expect my tree will be found :)

    You did redeem star coins in the event shop on 29 June. As far as I can tell, that was your first one. The time frame matches what you have in the barn. If you completed the step in Quest 5 that awarded another one, please contact Support so they can help you locate it.

    I did not complete the step in Quest 5 so I guess I miss calculated. I must have planted the tree early on thanks so much sorry for taking up your time
